In partnership with Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing, this award winning Report a Litterer iOS and Android app was created to be a discrete and easy way for Texans who witness a litterer tarnishing our Texas landscape to turn them in to the Texas Department of Transportation's Report a Litterer Program. TxDot will in turn send the offender a letter reminding them to keep their trash to themselves and provide them with a free litter bag to encourage good behavior.
